Flex Your Spiritual Muscles

Just as you keep your body healthy through regular exercise, you can enhance your spiritual well-being through intentional practice and perseverance. Spiritual muscles grow with repeated daily use, not from the occasional sprint on Sunday.

Start by doubting your doubts and making your faith greater than your fears.

Reduce your stress and worries by exercising your faith and relying on God, especially in tough times.

Trust grows when it is challenged. Be patient, even if you don’t see results right away.

Nourish your faith by dedicating time to read, study, and reflect on the Bible.

Engage in prayer regularly as part of your daily conversation with God, rather than just an emergency call.

Strengthen your bond with God by placing Him at the heart of your existence.

Spiritual strength doesn’t come from striving harder but from remaining grounded and connected in God.
