“Life starts all over again when it gets crisp in the fall.” F. Scott Fitzgerald
Feeling that back-to-school, back-to-the-grind vibe?
September is a great time to embrace the autumn’s energy as we take a look at our goals and take stock of what’s working and what’s not. It’s like upgrading our New Year’s resolutions.
Take the time to reflect and realign your plans. Figure out what is needed at this point to keep moving forward in order to achieve your goals and optimize your routines. It is important to reorganize your goal-setting plans, as this will also help to re-energize your motivation.
Just like the leaves that fall in the autumn, we also need to release what is no longer serving us. No need to hang onto those dead leaves and baggage. Let go of whatever is holding you back from living your best life.
Live your life with intention and ask how you want to show up in your relationship with yourself and others. Remember that life isn’t about doing more; it’s about being more present in everything we do.
We are truly blessed at this time of the year with bountiful harvests, a real feast for our eyes and our tummy. Be grateful as well for all the experiences and lessons you have received. This will assist in carrying you forth and thriving into the winter with resilience.
Each season brings new beginnings, and the fall brings us a renewed sense of optimism. Nurture yourself in different ways and continue to nourish your soul by exploring new creative expressions of who you truly are.
Enjoy the fall and indulge all of your senses in all its splendour, grace, and beauty.
