SPRING IS IN THE AIR
We finally made it through another winter!
Even though March brings unpredictable weather, everyone is coming out of hibernation as we leave behind the winter blues and get into the light of spring. The days are getting longer, the nights are getting shorter, the temperature is getting milder, and the flowers are getting ready to bloom. We welcome birds chirping, opening the windows, letting the fresh air in, and enjoying the outdoors more.
The daffodil is one of the first flowers to bloom in spring and symbolizes new beginnings, hope, and joy. It also represents resilience, as they too, have survived the winter. One cannot help but feel positive and revived by the daffodil’s bright, cheery yellow colours, which also remind us of the sunny months ahead.
Spring brings that powerful urge to reawaken our body, mind, and soul.
As the heart is reignited, change is possible.
Spring is the time to plant the seeds, prepare to cultivate our new growth, and to encourage the transition. We have been gathering strength and laying the groundwork to manifest new possibilities and dreams.
Spring supplies us with valuable energy and tools to nurture the renewal of our life.
Time to MARCH forward into the future by letting go of what no longer serves or supports us from the past. Invest your time and energy in making plans and taking the action necessary on your thoughts and inspirations.
T’is the season for starting fresh and for starting over.
Come alive with spring!
