Have you ever noticed how each day of the week has a certain energy to it, a unique vibration?

It turns out that there is a symbolic meaning behind each day. The origins of the weekday names can be traced all the way back to ancient times, when the earliest civilization of the Babylonians was guided by the twenty-eight-day lunar cycle. It was roughly divided into four weeks of seven days, namely one week for each phase of the moon.

Before the telescope was invented, each day of the week was named after planets that were visible to the naked eye, namely the sun, moon, and five planets, and thereby had a significant meaning associated with each of those planets.

Knowing about these energies can help empower us since the effects of the planets have an impact on how we feel and what we do.

Tap into these planetary energies by aligning our thoughts and actions with the cosmic undercurrent behind each day. By harnessing the energies, we can learn how to go with the flow instead of working against it. This can help guide us through the week and establish better productivity in our daily lives.
